Highlights: Rancho Bernardo's Mike Taylor (pictured) is credited with three goals to lead the East to a 6-4 win against the West. Scripps Ranch's Eric Brody (1 goal, 1 assist), Poway's Kevin Ingram (2 assists) and Rancho Bernardo's Andy Meisner (2 assists) all registered two points for the East, which built a 2-1 lead after the opening period and led 5-1 through two periods. Poway's Matt Pecenco and Scripp Ranch's Josh Lopez also scored goals for the East while West Hills' Johnny Baxter collected one assist. Heath McNerney (Chula Vista) scored the West's first goal. Westview's Mike Kiraly and San Diego Jewish Academy's Johnny Simkin each contributed one goal and one assist for the West. Mikael Levin (SDJA) scored the West's last goal, assisted by Vista's Manny Alvardo. Westview's Anthony Sansone had one assist for the West, which staged a late rally with three third-period goals.
